Question:

I need the brackets for a 99 suburban brush guard looks exactly like the westin sportsman but its all tubes and at the end where it bolts under by the frame has holes for four bolts. Can you help me ?

Unfortunately I can't help with brackets for that grille guard as it isn't one we carry. All of the Westin Sportsman and similar Aries Grille guards for that model year have 3 holes and the brackets are much different than what you have pictured. When the brackets aren't the same the grille guard often won't fit based on design. It is more likely than not with a second hand grille guard that it is not the correct fit for your vehicle.
