Purchased your #65075 front hitch for my 2016 Nissan Frontier crew cab which has no roof rack. When towing camping trailer with back hitch, will your Rhino-Rack T-Load carrier work for my 10-foot kayak using front hitch?

Yes, the Rhino-Rack T-Load # RTL002 can be used on the front of your 2016 Nissan Frontier with the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65075 in order to haul your kayak. In addition to the T-Load, you also need a connection point on the cab of the truck for the other end of the kayak. For this, I recommend the single SeaSucker Monkey Bar # SEA54FR.
