Replacement Tail Lights for a 2005 Trailstar Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a 2005 tracker trail star trailer and the drivers side light is completely corroded and needs replaced. I am unsure of the maker of the light as the only thing I can see is on the license plate holder it says manufactured in Grandview mo. The light unit is accessed by removing 2 screws underneath and a clear plastic box s down that holds the light unit itself. It has a small screw that holds the light unit in the clear plastic box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The process of finding an exact replacement tail light assembly for your 2005 Trailstar Trailer is a lost cause. The majority of trailer tail lights today are extremely universal which means you should be able to make them work on your trailer with very little to no adjustments at all.

If you can send me a photo of your tail light assembly I may have a better option for you but if not the Waterproof Aero Pro Trailer Light Kit part # TL36RK will most likely have everything that you need to upgrade the tail lights on your boat trailer. The lights are submersible and they have a three year warranty. The kit comes with 2 tail light assemblies, 2 marker lights, 1 wiring harness, and several wiring connectors/screws.
