As of October 2018, you noted that the mounting brackets for the 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab Long Bed Style had not been manufactured or released. Any update on this?

We do have 5th wheel installation kits confirmed to fit the 2019 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with 6-1/2-foot bed and these appear on the two linked pages. One page shows kits for the version without EcoDiesel engine and the other for the version with it. Right now the kits available are from B&W and from Demco.
We have one above-bed kit for the non-EcoDiesel version, B&W Base Rail kit # BWRVK2604, which is currently the only option that fits trucks with the factory Air Suspension system. This no-drill kit has industry-standard above-bed rails (ISRs) that will accept any brand of sliding hitch, including the B&W 18K Patriot # BWRVK3270.
For an in-bed 5th wheel wiring harness you can use # PK11893-11932.
Reese kit # RP50142 is not confirmed to fit.
