Yes, you will need to modify your holding tank to install the Valterra No-Fuss Flush Accessory Kit # A71.
Essentially what you do is after you drill, or tap, the hole simply take one of the black threaded and barbed pieces and connect it directly to the tank and then put the hose over the barbed end.
