Sounds like you are describing the Redline 17-3/8" Long Equalizer for 2" Wide Slipper Springs # 13-118-03. This can either be ordered in a quantity of 2 or if you need to replace your hangers you can get the Kit # HAP-205-02 instead.
I have attached a dimensional photo of the equalizer for you to check out as well.
