Question:

I am looking for something similar to the Thule locking tire mount Blockhead? to mount my 4inch fat tire bike onto a crossbar over the top of my tonneau cover. Do you have anything for fat tires? I think my forks are 135mm/5.3inch to the outside of the fork.

I do have an option for you but most locking fork mounted bike racks are not fat tire bike compatible nor would the Yakima Locking BlockHead Single Bike Truck Bed Mounted Rack part # Y01118 which I believe is what you're referring to be able to secure itself to the crossbar.

Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes part # RRRBC050-FB which will clamp around the crossbars you have above your tonneau cover and secure your fat tire bike without having to remove the tire. It also has built-in locks for security.
