any chance of getting the diameter of the cable so I can get the correct clamps to secure it? Thanks!

Absolutely!
The insulated cable covering on the Bargman 7-Way RV-Style Connector # 54006-057 has a diameter of right at 0.6 inch. The cable length is 6 feet.
