Is the dimension given the overall dimension including the lip. 27X16

I measured the Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink # LC385313 and found that the 27" x 16" did include the lip, as you can see in the accompanying photo.
I also measured the lip and found that it was 1"; the sink also has a 3-1/2" drain opening.
