Which one should I choose for my 2018 Sonata? What's teh difference they seem the same?

The Draw-Tite # 24965 and Curt # C11402 are a lot alike. They both install on your 2018 Hyundai Sonata in basically the same fashion and have the same weight capacities. They do look a little different because the Draw-Tite has a square cross tube and the Curt's is round but this won't change the functionality at all.
The biggest difference for me is that the Curt needs a support strap if you're using it for anything other than trailering. So if you're carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or some other accessory that isn't a trailer using the Curt hitch then you need to add part # 18050 for additional support. The Draw-Tite hitch doesn't have this requirement.
If you're going to be towing a trailer then I would choose the Curt hitch simply because I think it looks better than the Draw-Tite.
