The mounting hardware you should be able to use with your Karrite Voyager XL rooftop cargo box is the Replacement Hardware Kit # TH05603 though please keep in mind that exact replacement hardware for this box is not available so you may need to modify your Voyager to get this hardware to fit.
In terms of a key that would depend on the number stamped on the lock core. For example, if that number was "N2826" you would need Replacement Key # THKEYN2826. If it is different, all you need to do is enter that number after THKEY in the search box on our website and you will be taken directly to the correct replacement.
