Is it possible to replace a lock core with a broken key inside? If so, what is the replacement core for N003 core?

The exact replacement lock core you are looking for is the part # THLOCKN003, but you are going to have to get the old key out of the core before it can be removed. Basically what has to happen is that with the lock unlocked you'd need to insert the Thule change kit part # 853-1251 and once it's fully inserted you'd be able to then pull the core out and reverse the process to install the new core.

Best option for getting old key out might be to contact a locksmith depending on how flush the key broke in the core.

The matching key you'd need then is the part # THKEYN003.
