Question:

1 Does this base rack fit the 2019 Lexus RX 450h with a panoramic roof? Yakimas website states that they have no products that fit the vehicle 2 If it does fit: can the Yakima Jetstream bars included in this kit work with the older Whispbar WB300 ski rack? 3 If it does not fit: can the Thule 7602/7603 combo which is broadly claimed to work with the 2019 Lexus RX 450h work with the Whispbar WB300?

The Thule roof rack will fit your 2019 Lexus RX 450h with a panoramic roof although you are correct that Yakima does not have a roof rack which will fit. Thule only notes that you should not open, vent or retract the roof with the roof rack on.

My recommendation is to use the Thule roof rack consisting of # TH711400 or black # TH711420, # TH710601, and # TH186044 along with # TH450400 locks.

Additionally, your Whispbar WB-300 ski and snowboard rack will fit this roof rack; the Whispbar rack is designed to work with crossbars that are up to 3-5/8" wide x 1-3/4" tall, while the AeroBlade Edge bars measure 3-1/8" wide x 1-1/8" tall so you're good to go!
