I was wondering if this part would fit my 1994 f-350 truck and make my upgrade to a 7 blade plug easier.

From what I was able to find, you will need to hardwire in a 7-Way using a 4 and 7 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7. The Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness, # 118243, does not fit the 1994 Ford F-350.
