The programmer I recommend for your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 is the Edge Evolution CTS3 part # EP49YR because it can give you up to 18 additional horsepower and 27 ft lbs of torque. It also has the ability to give you several gauges on the 5-inch display in real time as you are driving which is nice too. I attached a picture that shows what the gauges would look like.
