If you push the brake pedal on your tow vehicle and the green light on the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller part # 39510 goes out while you have a trailer connected then this points to a short on the red stop light switch wire that goes from the brake controller to the cold side of the brake pedal. If you just installed the brake controller then odds are you have it attached to the wrong circuit. If you test the bundle of wires behind the brake pedal with a circuit tester, you will need to splice into the one that only has power while the brake pedal is depressed. If you did not just install the brake controller then you just need to trace the red while back from the brake controller to the brake pedal while checking for breaks or frays.
