Will the MaxxTow Roof Mounted Cargo Basket Fit a 2018 Ford Explorer with Factory Roof Rack

Question:

Is this roof basket compatible with cross-bars that are curved? I have attached pictures of the roof of my 2018 explorer. If not, can you recommend something I can use? I am also open to changing the sidebars if that can be done. thank you

MaxxTow does not perform testing of their cargo baskets on individual vehicles like other manufactures do such as Thule or Yakima. Therefore, if you wanted a roof basket that was a 100% confirmed fit then you would want to look at the Yakima LoadWarrior part # Y07070 or the Thule Canyon XT part # TH859XT which have both been tested on a 2018 Ford Explorer with the factory crossbars.
