this is perfect, do you guys also have a video on the wiring? If I buy the cables that connect to from the car to the towing lights, is there any instinct video?

In order to have the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24943 installed on your 2017 Chevrolet Cruze you have a few different options. You can take it to a local mechanic as most would be qualified to do so but the best place that would have the most experience would be an RV dealer with a service center.
If you like, you can show the potential shop the install video/instructions I have attached for you and I'm sure they would be able to give you a definitive yes or no answer as to whether or not they would be comfortable completing the task but odds are most will no problem.
The professional install time is around 80 minutes which you can then compared to the shops labor rates to give you a good idea of what it will cost.
