Hi, I am moving from a Silverado 2500 to a Ram 3500 Long Bed. Is this the proper kit and will my existing rails work? Thanks,

Yes, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit # RP50085 is the correct kit for your 2018 Ram 3500 with a long bed. If you currently use the Reese Universal Base Rails # RP58058 then you can still use these rails with this kit. If you have a different brand of base rails then you would need to go with the brackets that are the same brand as there may be slight variances which could prohibit some brands from being compatible with each other.
Please note that you need to use replacement hardware kit # RP58430 to mount your bed rails as the hitch hardware is only meant to be torqued once.
