The Hopkins trailer wiring harness, part # HM11141835, does not need a fuse for installation. It plugs directly into a connector near the truck's spare tire behind the rear bumper. I've linked the install details for you.
The # HM11141835 harness fits the Toyota Tundra from 2010 to 2018.
