For a 13-foot teardrop style trailer the best cover option is going to be a cover for an R-Pod such as the item you referenced, Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Cover # CA80198.
This cover is designed for the rounded shape of the R-Pods and it is intended for trailers whose overall length (including the tongue) is up to 16-1/2 feet.

Since it may potentially have a slightly loose fit you'll probably want to consider some additional tie-down straps to supplement the two included in the cover. Some extra straps will help prevent the cover from billowing in high winds and ensure it remains in place to protect your trailer. Four to six of these should work great to ensure the cover remains in place during storage.
