Can this cover be used to protect my car from snow and ice build-up or would it only be recommended for Spring-Fall weather?

I actually used this Rampage Car Cover part # RA1304 on a car in the winter and it got snowed on quite a bit and held up just fine. This would do a solid job protecting you from the elements.
