Does Storage Cover for Gooseneck Trailer Include the Coupler?

Does this cover the 24.5ft include the goose neck?

The Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Gooseneck Horse Trailer - 24-1/2' Long # 290-46011 does not cover the gooseneck coupler completely. The cover will wrap around the top of the coupler, but the bottom of the coupler will be exposed. I've attached a photo to assist.
