The towing capacity for a 2018 Ford F-150 long bed with a 5.0 liter V8 engine is 5,000 lbs for a fifth wheel trailer. For a hitch the Reese 16k hitch part # RP30047 would work well and then for a rail kit you'd want a custom fit rail kit, part # RP50087-58 as the custom kits will minimize drilling and install time over the universal kits. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
For a 7-way to install in the bed of your truck to make connecting your trailer lights easier you would want the part # 41157. Most 7-ways will be at the rear of the truck near the bumper which doesn't work will with fifth wheel hitches. This kit installs in line with the 7-way at the rear of your truck and gives you a second one to install in the bed.
