The Rampage Replacement Soft Top Hardware for Jeep Wrangler YJ # RA69999 will not fit a 1997 Wrangler. Instead you will want the Bestop Replacement Factory-Style Bow Hardware Kit for Jeep # B5500201 or I recommend simply getting a new top with the bow system integrated like # RA68835 or a system that doesn't require it like # B5682035.
