Do these come with mounting hardware? If so, are the stainless? If not, what size is needed?

Yes, I went out to the warehouse and verified that the Optronics 8" Glolight # STL117RB for the Left Hand and part # STL116RB for the Right Hand both come with mounting hardware. The hardware is not stainless steel.
