The Bestop TrailMax II Fold & Tumble # B3944009 does include mounting hardware; if you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see what is included.
You are going to need to use some of your 1987 Jeep YJ's original bolts to secure the floor mounting brackets as specified in the linked instructions.
