The fuse locations and functions are listed in the owner's manual for the 2005 Ford F-350. There are a lot of documents on the Ford site for the truck so it is possible you were looking at one of the others which would not be helpful for this. The fuses related to any tow package wiring are as follows:
Passenger compartment fuse panel:
Location 20: 15 amp, Trailer tow Electric Brake Controller (EBC)
Location 28: 10 amp, Trailer tow EBC logic
Location 38: 20 amp, Trailer tow park lamps
Location 101: 30 amp, Trailer tow EBC
Location 107: 20 amp, Trailer tow battery charge
Location 301: Full ISO relay, Trailer tow battery charge
Power Distribution Box High-current fuses and relays:
Location 9: 20 amp, Trailer tow turn signals
Location 20: 10 amp, Trailer tow back-up lamps
Location 201: 1/2 ISO relay, Trailer tow right turn signal/stop lamp
Location 202: 1/2 ISO relay, Trailer tow left turn signal/stop lamp
