The Fulton Galvanized Winch Cable with Hook # FWC3250100 can work with your Shelby winch rated for 2,800 lbs but you will be limited by the 1,400 lbs safe working load limit.
We do have wire rope that is rated for higher safe working load capacities but they have diameters that are larger than 3/16". If you let me know what wire rope diameters your Shelby jack is compatible with I can make some other recommendations if necessary.
