If you are wanting to replace your current power folding mirrors with towing mirrors then I highly recommend the K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors # KS60193-94C. These are confirmed fit for your 2018 Ram 1500 but they will not allow you to retain the power folding feature. They are manual mirrors but they are a direct fit for your truck. Unfortunately there aren't any other options that have the power folding feature.
