I reached out to my contact at Roadmaster and the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521194-4 will not fit your vehicle since it is a hatchback.
Whether your 2019 Toyota Corolla hatchback has the CVT transmission or the manual transmission it must be towed either on a trailer or using a tow dolly.
If you need a tow dolly, I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1 You will also want wiring connector # PK12706 to complete your wiring which doesn't have the connector.
