If the Blue Ox Tow Bar you have mounts on the motorhome then yes you should be able to use it with the Roadmaster EZ2 Base Plate Kit part # 521633-1 but an adapter will be needed. If you can let me know which towbar you have then I would be glad to see if we have the correct adapter for you. If the Blue Ox Tow Bar you have mounts on the vehicle then no you cannot use it with the Roadmaster EZ2 Base Plate Kit.
With that being said, we do offer the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX2334 which is a fit for your 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo and will not require any adapter to use it with your Blue Ox Tow Bar.
