The best mobility scooter carrier we have for you is the Pro Series Steel Solo Cargo Carrier part # PS10401-10402. The reason I consider this to be the best is because it has the largest platform which is 47-3/4" long x 31-3/4" wide and a very long ramp which is 48" long x 31-1/2" wide. This will make loading the scooter much easier as the incline will not be nearly as steep. It has a 400 lb weight capacity and comes with reflector tape that improves the cargo carrier's visibility. I do however recommend you check the capacity of the trailer hitch to be sure it is rated for the weight of the carrier (105 lbs) and weight of the scooter.

The best anti-rattle device we have for the Pro Series Steel Solo Cargo Carrier part # PS10401-10402 is the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock part # 63232 which as the title states, also doubles as a lock. This devices uses a sturdy steel block that wedges the shank into the receiver tube and reduces movement. I have attached a review video for you as well.
