Will Rhino-Rack Top Channel Mounting Kit # RRRBCA034 Fit Rola Roof Rack Crossbars

Question:
What are the track nut dimensions? I want to be sure they will fit a Rola crossbar. I found out the hard way that RRRBCA035 nuts are too thick for the Rola channel.

The kit that did not fit, # RRRBCA035, was designed specifically for Rhino-Rack's heavy duty crossbars which have an over-sized channel. Kit # RRRBCA034 on the other hand is for what is basically the standard channel size. The nuts will fit a channel that is 7/8 inches wide at the bottom (widest) and 7/16 inches wide at the top. The nuts are slightly less than 7/8 inches square.
