There are 2 things that you cannot do with any bike rack installed and those are opening the rear hatch/trunk or using the rear wiper blades as both of these can cause damage to the bike rack. This is the same case for the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top # HRF2 on your 2011 Audi Q5.
Although the Over-the-Top is a fit for your Q5, if you want a bike rack that allows you to use your rear wiper blade then I recommend installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75940 and using the Kuat Beta # B202-2. This is a great bike rack that comes fully assembled, weighs only 12.6 lbs, and has arms that are closer than normal to reduce the need of an adapter bar like part # UB01.
To add locks to this bike rack you will need parts # HL2 and # e98891.
