Adapter for Fitting Pullrite 2900 Hitch in 2017 Ram 3500 with Factory Rail Kit

Question:

I have just purchased a 2017 Ram 3500 with factory prep pucks, I have a Pullrite Model 2900 auto slide and is seeking out the best way to mount this hitch using the factory prep system. I am looking at the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package item RP30154. Will this rail system work with the pullrite 2900 and the ram factory prep puck system? Or would you recommend a different setup for this application?

The Pullrite Model 2900 that you have is designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails. So the Ram rail adapter part # RP30154 that you referenced would be what you'd need. This fits the rail kit of your 2017 Ram 3500 and will allow your Pullrite hitch to fit.
