Dimensions of Pro Series Adjustable 3-Ball Mount

Question:

What is the length on the receiver portion before the drop? Also what is the length before the taper on the receiver portion. I am wondering because I would like to run this with rock tamers hitch mounted mud flap system that mounts to the receiver before the drop.

The Pro Series Adjustable 3-Ball Mount # 63070 measures 6-7/8" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the shank (before the tapered portion begins), 7-3/4" from the center of its hitch pin hole to the center of the adjustment holes and 11-5/8" from the center of the the hitch pin hole to the center of the hitch ball.
