How much does the fan and exterior damper weigh? You would think that would be listed as it like everything in a tiny house is weight sensitive.

The Ventline S0721 Series RV Range Hood that you referenced, part # S0721-20BD-F-1, has an actual weight of approximately 7-1/2-lbs (shipping weight including packaging is 9-lbs). Please note this range hood does NOT have a damper and does require a separate dampered exterior wall vent like # V2111-03 (this plastic vent has an actual weight of just a few ounces).

For just about any size or brand of range hood we offer the packaging materials in which we ship the unit will weigh between 1-1/2 and 2-lbs. Since we do always show a shipping weight for all items (it appears under the price) you can simply deduct the carton weight from that to arrive at the approximate net weight for the item itself.
