For your 2018 Lexus NX300 F-Sport we have universal trailer wiring kits like the ZCI part # 119250KIT which will work well, but at this time (August 2018) we don't have any custom fit options. As far as universal wiring goes though the ZCI is the best option as it doesn't require any splicing. It instead uses sensors to tap into the trailer wiring.
