I am not sure what size you are looking for but we do have plenty of tail lights that have 3 wires for the ground and stop/tail/turn functions. One of the most popular options is the Optronics # RVSTB61 for driver side and part # RVSTB60 for passenger side.

These measure 4-5/8" tall, 8-5/8" wide, and 2-1/16" thick which you can see in the attached photo. If this doesn't match what you are looking for just let me know the size of your light and I can help you find a replacement from the linked tail light page.
