Question:

I have a Thule big mouth bike rack and my car came with a rhino rack installed not sure of the model I bought the car used is there a universal kit to make these two products work together

If your Rhino-Rack roof rack crossbars have the channels in the tops of the bars in which to mount accessories then you could use # XADAPT2 to mount the Big Mouth bike rack to your roof rack. The bars would look like these # RRVA118B-2 or they could be silver.

If you have the larger rectangular bars such as # RB1500S though you would not be able to mount the Big Mouth since there isn't an adapter for this type of bar. This type of rack is not usually put on a car though so in all likelihood you have the aero/elliptical bars.
