Hi, wondering if you can tell me what kind of tool I need to use to remove the factory screws in the flush rails of my 2018 pilot? Thanks!

It looks like you will need a Torx Head screwdriver that looks like bits # TX425 or # TX430-1 but I am not sure what size.
Once you remove the screws you can then install a roof rack on your 2018 Honda Pilot. If you don't already have a roof rack I highly recommend the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack. This includes 53" bars # TH711420 for black or # TH711400 for silver, along with the Podium Foot Pack # TH460R, and the Fit Kit # THKIT3132. This is a great roof rack that helps reduce wind noise and drag due to the design.
If you would like to add locks to this roof rack you will also need part # TH450400.
Let me know what you will be using this roof rack for and I can make additional recommendations if necessary.
