I do have options for you but the Hollywood Racks Expedition 2 Bike Carrier part # HRF6-2 is not a confirmed fit for your 2014 Mini Paceman. Instead, I recommend using the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack part # Y02637. This bike rack has anti-sway cradles to prevent bike to bike contact, adjustable arms to help keep bikes level during transport, and padded feet with coated metal buckles to protect your vehicle's finish.
In order to lock the bike rack to the vehicle you will want to use the Security Strap for Yakima Trunk Mounted Bike Carrier part # Y02623 and in order to lock the bikes to the bike rack you will want to use the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Cable part # Y07233 with the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores part # Y07202.
