Expert Reply:
Without a doubt, for the 2011 Ford F-150, I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch, # 75691, over the other hitches designed for this truck.
For less than 20 dollars more than the competitors hitches, the # 75691 hitch has more towing capacity if used with weight distribution, has a curved cross tube for a better appearance under the rear bumper, and has a tab welded to the cross tube to accept brackets for trailer wiring harnesses.
All of the hitches designed for the 2011 Ford F-150,(see link) are quality products, so any one you select will perform well within the capacity of the hitch. We have an installation video of the CURT hitch, see link, on a 2011 F-150 which will help with installation of any of the hitches available for your truck.
