As long as your 2017 Mini Clubman has a factory roof rack with crossbars that run from left to right the Malone Pilot TC ST part # MPG2103 that you referenced will fit and work well.
If you need a roof rack the Yakima roof rack part numbers # Y00408, # Y00145, # Y03536, and # Y06009 is designed to fit the factory flush rails you have that run front to back on your vehicle.
