Question:
Thinking of purchasing a fifth wheeler, I have a 2006 Nissan titan no four wheel drive. Will I be able to install a bed towing package and will it perform well?

We have fifth wheel hitch solutions designed for your 2006 Nissan Titan. You didn't mention what length bed you have so I'll give you both options based on the two available bed lengths.
If you have the 5-1/2 foot long bed you'll need a slider that can slide 22-1/2 inches back around corners so that you don't have trailer to truck cab interference. For that you'd want the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550040 as this is the only option that has enough travel. For a rail kit you'd then want the part # DM8552021-71 which is confirmed as a fit.
If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you don't need a slider that travels as far but you could still use the # DM8550040 if you wanted as it would still work well. The same rail kit fits this bed length too. This setup would perform very well.
