I spoke with my contact at Bestop who gave me the following dimensions for the Bestop TrailMax II Fold & Tumble # B3943915:

Base:
Length - 40-1/2"
Depth - 20"
Cushion Thickness - 5-1/4"

Backrest:
Indented Length - 30" (longer part measures 40-1/2")
Height w/o Headrest - 10"
Height w/Headrest Up - 26"
Height w/Headrest Down - 23"

I have attached a photo giving the basic dimensions for you to check out. Please note that this is designed to fit 1997-2006 models of the Jeep TJ and Jeep Wrangler (2004-2006 excluding Unlimited) so it may not work for your application.
