The Outdoorsman is compatible with all current Yakima roof kayak carriers because the bars are the same size as the roof rack bars. The most popular Yakima option is the JayLow, # Y04073. But you may want to consider a rear loading option with rollers such as # Y04083-04082 since trucks are so tall. I have linked videos on both carriers for you.

I have a 2019 F250 with a Retraxone XR tonneau cover. Can this be used with some kind of adapter to fit the rail system? Or is there a better option for carrying two kayaks?

We actually have the Yakima OverHaul Rack System # Y01151-5755 that will work perfectly for this application. This setup is designed specifically to mount to the channels on your existing RetraxOne XR Tonneau.
