Question:
I was taking a look at one of your other responses to a question regarding electric cooing system for Chevy Express 3500. Is the electric system in this response able to replace the OEM fan and fan clutch assembly? There is definitely not room in my Express for both, and from what I have researched they OEM fan/clutch system eats HP.

If you have the space available, you should be able to replace the factory belt-driven fan on your Chevy Express 3500 with an electric fan like the Derale 32 Inch Dual Tornado # D16834. This particular model fan can be mounted on either side of the radiator, as a pusher or a puller. Its overall dimensions are 31-3/4 inches wide, 15-5/8 inches tall, and 3-1/4 inches deep.
Because a belt-driven fan will use up power from the engine to turn, an electric fan will be an improvement with regards to eating HP, as it will pull power directly from the vehicle's electrical system.
