We can help you with a trailer brake controller for your 2014 Cadillac ATS. And we do offer Draw-Tite brand controllers as well as many other popular brands like Tekonsha (parent company of Draw-Tite, by the way). All available controllers are displayed on the linked page.
From Draw-Tite we offer their proportional type controller # TK63VR and harness # 20127 which is what I recommend for you. This will install along with a 4-pole wiring harness # C56180 (unless you already have a 4-pole harness) and the Installation Kit # ETBC7 which includes every part you will need.
